Although I unlocked the code for empowering women in my coaching business, it was not without much pain and anguish. I was a burnt out mess from working C-suite cooperate North America, overdelivering and over sacrificing with a misplaced sense of loyalty. Fast forward to now, I have discovered the secret to being happy, peaceful and living my highest potential and possibility. I did this by uncovering and changing my core belief programs and values
It wasn't fast or easy for me. There was a ton of information, self help books and other resources, but after hiring a number of coaches, I finally discovered the real tools that helped me unearth these dangerous beliefs that were holding me back and keeping me stuck. You won't believe how easy it was to get back into empowered action after that
It's not the tools coaches use that are ineffective - It's the process and the timing of those tools that makes all the difference. It's enabled me to create my unique blueprint that makes it simple yet effective to follow, showing you the exact steps that brought me out of stuckness into a life of purpose, empowerment, and joy

When I integrated Mindset and Energy Psychology, EFT, and Hypnosis in my coaching, everything changed
Too many women feel that they're not worth enough, or undeserving to live a life of higher possibility
"Its too late", "I'm too busy", "I'll get around to it"
The problem that leads you to inaction is a deep rooted fear of rejection. When I felt myself feeling unsafe on the rejection hamster wheel, working to please everyone else, no matter what, I knew that it was time to change radically
I didn't look for another job or get up at 5am, but I did manage to regulate my nervous system better and delve into the coaching world, enabling me to understand that changing my beliefs and values was what I needed
